Join New Zealand’s leading customer transformation practice, partnering with top-tier clients on projects that create real impact.

We’re seeking a Director to join our Customer Transformation team; a strategic leader who will shape and expand PwC’s marketing technology (MarTech) and customer strategy capability.

In this role, you’ll define the intersection between marketing, data, and customer experience, connecting client challenges with innovative technology solutions.

You’ll gain exposure to diverse industries and strategic client work, while helping to shape PwC’s growing MarTech offering.

Work alongside a collaborative, senior team that values innovation, creativity, and fresh thinking in solving complex client problems.

Your day-to-day could include: 

  • Leading and growing PwC’s MarTech and customer strategy capability across Adobe, Salesforce, and related technologies.

  • Partnering with senior marketing leaders to identify opportunities and deliver impactful transformation programs.

  • Bridging marketing strategy, technology delivery, and customer outcomes to enhance PwC’s position as a market leader in customer transformation.

  • Overseeing and supporting cross-functional delivery teams, including Adobe and Salesforce specialists.

  • Engaging clients across large-scale, multi-channel campaigns and transformation projects.

  • Acting as a connector to link strategic client needs with PwC’s technical and consulting expertise.

  • Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience 

  • 8+ years' experience within agency, media, or consulting environments, managing large-scale transformation or marketing programs.

    Experience working within financial services is advantageous.

  • A deep understanding of front-office technology beyond CRM, including marketing automation, content management, and customer strategy.

  • Proven experience working with Adobe platforms (strongly preferred) and Salesforce (advantageous).

  • Ability to articulate the value of customer data and how to leverage insights to drive marketing effectiveness.

  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and delivery levels, from shaping briefs to overseeing execution.

  • Exposure to content management systems is a plus.
